The gift that keeps on giving

As our Divine intelligence separates us from the other 38 million species on this planet because of our brain to body ratio, we know that this Divine intelligence is consciousness and therefore elevates us on the species level. Barring this level of consciousness, the thread that links us all is the fact that we are all light repackaged as matter, we are all energy shaped in a physical form.

While our subconscious mind determines our reality, the highest energy frequency that enables us to transcend any situation is love. Love is creation. Love heals. Love is feeling. Love is the truth and nothing can overcome loveā€¦ Not even our darkest fear. That is why it is crucial we allow ourselves to truly feel every emotion without guilt, shame or fear because we need to feel it in order to heal it.

Vulnerability is strength.

Surrender is courage.

Acceptance is freedom from judgement.

Forgiveness is key to receiving.

Allowing to feel is permission to receive the love we deserve and all of this is only possible when we look and start from within. What you are searching for is inside you. What you need to resolve begins with you. The love you desperately desire and seems to constantly elude you is within you. It will always elude you when you continue to deny yourself the love your body, mind, heart and Soul are waiting for you to reclaim.

When you start the journey of self-love everything begins to unfold from thereā€¦ The vulnerability, the strength, the powerful surrender, the courage, acceptance, forgiveness and the beautiful gift of receiving more love. When you embark and stay committed to the inner work, the gift of self-love is a gift that keeps on giving because from that courageous step, healing and love flow. There is a renewed richness to living as you witness and feel with a fuller sense of awareness and gratitude. You find yourself living more fully and able to stay in the vibration of love no matter what the circumstance. You realize that no matter what may arise, you really have the spiritual tools, resources, creative power and wisdom to overcome any challenge, because, even when we cannot fathom it, Spirit never gives us more than we can handle.

We know that with the power of love we rise again, like the phoenix from the ashes. To rise we need to feel. To feel everything with compassion, with the innocence of a child, no matter how ugly we perceive our ā€˜faultsā€™ to be. Besides, as we heal and feel the feelings, we realize, as Marianne Williamson so beautifully wrote, we do not have faults, we all have wounds. To embrace all our beauty and our wounds means to let go of limiting belief constructs and conditioned emotional patterns to fully accept ourselves as we are. Essentially we are more powerful in our letting go than we are in our holding on. The greatest gift you can give yourself is to let go and to let love in.

ā€œBeing okay with not being okay helps you to let go.ā€ ~ Yung Pueblo.

Love that stems from others and the physical world will not encompass the void that exists inside you. When it does, it is only fleeting, leaving behind an even deeper wound. The gift that keeps on giving is the love in your heart that beats fiercely for you and then expands outwards to others and to all of existence.

This is the absolute truth and when we truly see from the heart we understand the beauty of this eternal gift.

Start with yourself.

Empty what does not serve you by feeling it all and then letting it go.

Fill your cup.

Let it flow and overflow with love and the Divine gifts you have to share. No measure of money could compare to the gift that is you.

ā€œPeople who have high intuition, whose light is shining, who uplift the room, have a lot of self-love. Self-love is not vain. Itā€™s not selfish. In fact, itā€™s the most unselfish thing that you can do for everybody around you.ā€ ~ Anita Moorjani.

Yours in love and healing,

Juanita.
